About Boya Mohan: Boya Mohan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MNM Facilitech Pvt. Ltd., a Hyderabad-based company providing integrated facility management, manpower staffing, security services, IT solutions, and professional training. With extensive experience in facility operations and corporate support services, he has built MNM Facilitech with a vision to deliver structured, reliable, and scalable service solutions for modern businesses.

Mohan’s professional journey reflects determination, adaptability, and continuous learning. After coming to Hyderabad, he began his career through small entrepreneurial efforts and gradually moved into the corporate services industry. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience working across multiple organizations and environments, where he developed strong expertise in facility management operations, workforce supervision, and client service delivery.

He has worked in supervisory and operational roles for several reputed organizations including Microsoft R&D, Synchrony, Medtronic, Oracle, Cognizant, and Micro Labs Private Limited. Through these roles, he developed practical knowledge in workforce deployment, operational coordination, corporate facility management standards, and client relationship management.

During the lockdown period in 2020, Mohan demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative by starting financial service activities, which further strengthened his business understanding and leadership mindset. In January 2023, he returned to Hyderabad with a renewed focus on building a structured business platform.

In May 2025, he founded MNM Facilitech Pvt. Ltd. with the goal of creating a professionally managed service organization that supports businesses with manpower solutions, facility management systems, and operational support services.

Although his core background was in facility management, Mohan also independently learned web technologies and digital tools to strengthen his business capabilities. Within a short period, he successfully delivered website services to multiple clients, demonstrating his ability to adapt to new domains and expand service offerings.

Today, under his leadership, MNM Facilitech aims to build long-term partnerships with organizations by providing disciplined operations, trained manpower, structured processes, and reliable service delivery.
